Ownlo Privacy Policy

Ownlo ("Ownlo", "we", "us") is a short-video, live-streaming and messaging app built for the Pi Network ecosystem and operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Ownlo (the website at ownlo.app, the Ownlo app inside Pi Browser and the Ownlo Android app), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Pi Network account data. When you sign in with Pi, Pi Network shares with us your Pi username and an app-specific user ID. If you grant the "payments" and "wallet_address" permissions, we also receive the information needed to process Pi payments and your public Pi wallet address. We never receive or store your Pi passphrase or private keys.
- Other sign-in methods (optional). If you choose to link another sign-in method, we store the identifier it provides, such as a Google account ID, email address, phone number, or a public blockchain wallet address.
- Profile information. Username, display name, avatar, bio and other details you choose to add.
- Age information. Your date of birth or age range, used only to apply age protections (see Section 6).
- Content you create. Videos, images, audio, live streams, comments, likes, follows, collections and messages you send in private or group chats.
- Transaction records. Records of Pi payments, tips, gifts and payouts made in the app, including payment IDs, amounts and blockchain transaction IDs.
- Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, app version, and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To host, deliver and display the content you publish, and to deliver your messages.
- To process Pi payments, tips, gifts and payouts, and to keep accurate transaction records.
- To recommend content, show you creators you follow, and operate features such as live streaming and calls.
- To enforce our Terms of Service, protect minors, prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and respond to reports.
- To fix problems and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Ownlo. They process data only on our behalf:
- Pi Network: sign-in, payments and wallet services.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security and media storage.
- DigitalOcean: application servers and databases.
- LiveKit: real-time audio and video for live streams and calls.
- Google: only if you choose Google sign-in.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
4. What other users can see
Your username, display name, avatar, bio, public videos, comments and live streams are visible to other users. Private and group messages are visible to the members of that conversation. Pi payments are recorded on the Pi blockchain, which is public by design.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. You can delete content you have published, and you can ask us to delete your account. Transactions already recorded on the Pi blockchain cannot be deleted by us.
6. Children and teens
Ownlo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to register. Users aged 13 to 17 have restricted features, including limits on messages from strangers and on payments. If you believe a child under 13 is using Ownlo, please contact us and we will remove the account.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and other safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your devices and Pi account safe and never share your Pi passphrase with anyone, including us.
8. Your choices and rights
You can review and update your profile in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us as described below.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.

2. 我们如何使用信息

3. 服务提供商
我们使用以下服务商运营 Ownlo，它们仅代表我们处理数据：Pi Network（登录、支付和钱包）、Cloudflare（网站托管、内容分发、安全和媒体存储）、DigitalOcean（应用服务器和数据库）、LiveKit（直播和通话的实时音视频）、Google（仅当你选择 Google 登录时）。这些服务商可能在你所在国家以外处理数据。在法律要求或为保护用户和公众安全时，我们也可能披露信息。
4. 其他用户能看到什么
你的用户名、昵称、头像、简介、公开视频、评论和直播对其他用户可见；私聊和群聊消息仅对该会话成员可见。Pi 支付记录在 Pi 区块链上，区块链本身是公开的。
5. 保存与删除
在你的账号有效期间，以及为提供服务、履行法律义务、解决纠纷和防止滥用所需的期间内，我们会保存你的信息。你可以删除已发布的内容，也可以要求我们删除账号。已记录在 Pi 区块链上的交易无法由我们删除。
6. 儿童与青少年
Ownlo 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会在知情的情况下允许其注册。13 至 17 岁用户的部分功能受限，包括陌生人私信和支付等。如果你发现 13 岁以下儿童在使用 Ownlo，请联系我们，我们会删除该账号。
7. 安全
我们使用加密连接（HTTPS）、访问控制等措施保护你的信息。任何系统都无法做到绝对安全，请保护好你的设备和 Pi 账号，不要向任何人（包括我们）透露你的 Pi 助记词。
8. 你的权利
你可以在应用内查看和修改个人资料。根据你所在地区的法律，你可能有权访问、更正、删除或导出你的个人信息，或反对某些处理。如需行使这些权利，请按下文方式联系我们。
9. 政策变更
我们可能不时更新本政策，新版本会发布在本页面并更新生效日期；重大变更会在应用内提示。
